    For midlife women (and anyone feeling constantly “on”) who struggle to switch off, this 2-hour workshop helps you understand stress, restore nervous system safety, and prevent burnout.

    What You’ll Explore:

    Why your body stays in stress mode

    How midlife (or life transitions) can change the way stress shows up.

    How to work gently with your nervous system instead of against it.

    You’ll leave with practical insight, clarity, and simple strategies to support your nervous system so stress naturally reduces over time. This is not about fixing yourself, it’s about learning how to feel safe again.
